Atmospheric Transmittance @ TAO site

The precipitable water vapor (PWV) is expected to be 0.3-1.5 mm at the TAO site. Atmospheric transmittance curves with these PWVs are provided on this page. The data were calculated by the ATRAN model (Lord, S. D., 1992, NASA Technical Memorandum 103957) run on a NASA website.

NIR (1-6um)

The figure below shows near-infrared atmospheric transmittances with PWVs of 0.3, 0.5, 0.7, 0.9, 1.2, and 1.5 mm. The data are smoothed with a Gaussian function with an FWHM of 0.002 um-1.
