Institute of Astronomy, School of Science, University of Tokyo is developing a new near-infrared camera/spectrograph called SWIMS as one of the first-generation instrument for the TAO 6.5m telescope. It saw its first light on Subaru telescope in May 2018, and its commissioning observations has been carried out since then.
SWIMS will be open to the community as a PI-type instrument on Subaru telescope starting from S21A for four semesters. The main scope of the workshop is to share the current status of SWIMS with potential users, and discuss possible science cases at Subaru telescope.
All those interested or thinking of observations with SWIMS are welcome. Please fill in the following registration form to participate ;

The zoom link to the workshop will be provided only to those registered. Note that the workshop will be held in English.
